Drinks and music

Stopped here for food, drinks and music. Music here was awesome. Drinks were awesome, staff at the bar was even better. Highly recommended if you enjoy great irish music!

Great atmosphere

Went here on a Saturday at 11-ish for a few drinks after a show in INEC. A live band was there they were very good and not too loud. It's €10 to enter which includes entrance to the disco, but if in early I'm sure it's free. They host hens and stags too with vip area if needed. The nightclub is big enough with a small dance floor. They also provide a coat room downstairs near the toilets.

Perfect location in the heart of Killarney

The Killarney Grand has excellent, cozy, clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and 4 pillows. The Grand is located right in the heart of Killarney town and only steps to the National Park. The staff are very friendly. The rooms also have tv, table and chairs, tea and coffee and a lovely ensuite bathroom. There are stairs but the staff will give you a hand with a bag of you need. There is live Trad music in the evening that can be heard very softly from your room. There is a late night, nightclub too. Many local cafes close by for breakfast, restaurants and stores. Wonderful place to stay for a night out or as a base to do day tours, hiking and sightseeing in Killarney, co. Kerry.

Traditional Irish Music here

We found the best traditional Irish music at the Grand while staying in Killarney. There are music choices up and down the streets - you’ll hear them as you walk by - and the Grand is a place to come! We did not stay here, but it was packed both nights of our stay in town.

Basic

Basic. No breakfast. Just a room. Music good. A few dodgy characters hanging around looking like they were up to no good. But security were present. Not enough seating and had to stand where the band were playing at the back of the bar. They should have maybe be put in the nightclub.
