Very good place good rooms and very good breakfast and dinner

Very nice place i would definitely go again ,good place ,good view ,good gym,good rooms ,good customer service,good gym,good pools,and the breakfast,lunch,dinner are very good and the activities are amazing such as riding boats,jetskis,and dirtbiking

Fantastic view but poor food and service.

This hotel has fantastic conditions in terms of location, view and the area which abounds with great ingredients. The hotel itself was a bit tired but otherwise quite ok, was not worth the price compared to what else you get. Bad food, buffet The food we ate was cold and the taste buds. the grill food was burnt and the lamb meat was actually sheep, the service wasn't that good either! Sat at the table for 3 hours and no one asked if we wanted something to drink! The staff did not see their guests.

Nice place for weekend

We used to have daily use in pool area that was a really great decision we enjoyed the pool the worker their was helpful they find us sun bed and the beer was really cool plus the reception and all others was really kind the water was so good we loved all things but one cleaner he enter the bathroom many time when I’m changing with out permission that’s not cool .plus the group of 5 or 6 people with fully dressed they are not there for swimming just sitting all the time and staring like many times I found they are just staring on us !!!! It’s so weird that’s not nice to let enter that kinda of people to that area .for the rate of hotel that’s 5 stars so the hotel should have some rule for respecting all other guest … dress code if I’m not swimming and don’t respect why I’m there !??to annoy others !!!or people are there for relaxing
I hope In my next visit we could make it soon hopefully we will not see same experience

Amazing

We stayed at the hotel me and my wife on our anniversary it was amazing especially the reception guy (kak Twana) he helped us so much.
The quality is very good and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
I hope you add a gym in the future it will. be amazing.
