Traveling with friends.
The hotel reception was good.
The hotel elevator was a problem and very slow speed, the behavior of the hotel staff was excellent.
The cooling of the room also had a poor function.

Terrible hotel and management

The hotel is mediocre, the management is terrible. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights for 2 days and canceled it with a 45% deduction. The first morning we went there, they said you can enter the room at 2 o'clock. We asked if we could have breakfast. They asked for a fee of 220 tomans. We said okay. We went to the restaurant. The attendant there asked for 500 tomans. No. Look at what you did when you should not have asked for money from your new customer as a courtesy. He called the manager, we talked to him on the phone, he said the room was 600 divisions, he said shame on us and left. We stayed for 2 nights and canceled the remaining 3 nights by deducting half the money. The breakfast was terrible, the service was terrible, at all. I do not recommend..

It was bad experience in the restaurant.

Room was great i had a great stay in room receptionist are very helpful.
But in the restaurant it was very very bad for me. There is one waitress lady (she is small) I dont know her name she is very rude. I so her she give hot milk to other guest she make special service but when I asked her to give me she doesn’t like to give. I guess better not to give to anyone.
Also, I experienced while she is cleaning the table i told her i like to sit here near the window but she was pin pointing the other table and her face reaction was upset.
I work also in hotel but i know how to apply to myself the hospitality. I hope you teach or give training to that waitress.

Good Location in Tehran

Situated on an excellent location of Valiasr Street. The Hotel is an average Hotel with one of the Block newly built. Has a very small Lobby and the Breakfast area is also an average one. The Hotel doesnt have much to offer. The Rooms and Bathrooms are also average

Very Bad
Poisoned food, lack of proper housekeeping, rude treatment, lack of proper service, very expensive price compared to similar hotels.
Unprofessional personnel
Lack of proper access to service personnel around the clock.
Failure to respect privacy.
