Nice hidden villas

We‘ve been here for 3 nights and would come back. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and have everything you need with a lot of space for backpacks/suitcases and stuff. The pool was clean as well and most of the time we had it for ourselves. In a less than 10 minutes walk you reach the famous double six beach. Also a lot of Restaurant etc. around the villas.

Good location, friendly staff

Stayed in the 2 bed apartment for 4 nights. Nice and clean place with a few ants but nothing major. Room cleaned twice during the stay and water replenished daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool is small which is fine but only 4 sunbeds which sadly were used by 1 family the whole time. Other than that good value for money and I would stay here again.

Value for $$$

Spent 3 nights here. Its in a quiet street off the main road but easily walking distance from mini marts and shops. 2 bedroom villa was spacious with separate bathrooms. Modern Tvs and dvd player in each room. Bed comfy all nice and clean. No brekky but just head around corner to The Haven...full brekky for $11..Small complex with pool and sunlounges.

Great expierence

It was 00:30 when we arrived in Seminyak and the only thing we wanted was to sleep. The young managers told us to leave check-in for the next day and first get some rest. The room was really big and clean at the same time. If you're looking for Some quiet time, you should go to Niramaya. City center is just around the corner, but from the hotel you wouldn't notice. It has a great pool to hop in and the staff is friendly and helpfull. We had a great time at Niramaya. Compliments from Holland.

Perfect

We had a standard double room and a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed between 5 of us. The standard double room was massive, it wasn't really any different to the 1 bedroom apartment. The rooms were all very clean and spacious with small kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave. The pool area was nice with sun beds. The rooms were cleaned daily. Short walk to the beach and restaurants etc but to the main area of Seminyak it is a little bit further, we walked there along the beach during the day and got a taxi back at night. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and peaceful to stay in Seminyak.
