Highly recommended

Nice atmosphere, spacious and clean rooms, good food and very attentive service. Highly recommended to spend a few days in Manado without great luxuries.

Bad experience

Unfortunately little parking, then the lobby of the hotel is nice but very hot and the room is also nice and aesthetic for its service needs in training again about hospitality because of the raut face talking to the guests impressed unfriendly.

Good, but unfortunately...

Nice room, okay. Service okay. Very helpful for front office and engineers.
Unfortunately, there's a clear TV broadcast. There's a cloudy one. There's no signal.
A bathroom for water that uses an energy-saving system to help reduce the Global Power Supply I think is very detrimental to guests when bathing at night and need to irrigate the body with hot water (water heater can cook 5-6 minutes each use, and must be reheated after 15 minutes) suddenly the water becomes cooler when bathing. Shower shower jg anywhere never in maintenance. Water waste is poor. The towel smells like it doesn't dry when washed.
The price of this hotel is also high but when there is disappointment like this makes me feel very expensive. With this price, I can get another more comfortable hotel room.

Very pleasant stay

We stayed one night in the hotel. The staff is very attentive. The room is nice, offers and comfortable. We felt very good there. Breakfast is a buffet, with lots of choices, we feasted!

Great value for price

Good location, super friendly staff, fine and clean rooms, good food. I recommend the place if you want to explore Manado or just stay for a night before continue your journey. MANTOS is about 8 minutes by car, if you want to shop or have great food. The airport is about 35 minutes by car.
