Good value for the price paid

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable, though like a previous comment on here, there was a slight stagnant water smell, which you noticed when you came into the room, but didn't notice after a minute or so.
Simple breakfast with a different warm dish on each day, plenty of bread for toast and fresh fruit available each day.
The place is at the end of a tight alley and larger taxis might struggle, but it's only a two min walk from where they'd have to drop you off.
Close to everything, nice pool area, strong Wi-Fi and the staff are friendly enough.
Certainly worth considering.

Great stay at this price, in the heart of Kuta fun...!!

Booked for a couple of nights, basically because my teammates insisted on a pool. But after reaching I found the property was an wonderful find for us at this price!
Pros:
Extremely close to Kuta beach (easily walk-able)
In the middle of all happening parties, spa, mall and market, but very calm and quite indoors
Clean, nice, cozy rooms
Easy check-in
A nice deep pool and the pool view from balconies
Cons:
Have to pass though a very narrow lane for 300 meters or so (though it was well-lit, but hard to take your vehicle in. Somehow our guide managed to take our innova in.)

Very basic hotel

Checked in on 20/12 for 2 nights. Was a bit surprise at how basic the facilities were.
Check in was quick.
Breakfast was minimal.
Room has no hangers.
The only attraction was the deep pool.
For me the location was a bit too deep in. After tiring days, you really find it hard to gather enough strength to go out again.
Apologies to the property but I’ll give it a miss next time.

Great for the price!

Booked a few nights for my arrival in Bali as didn't plan on staying in Kuta as it is very much a party place clubs and bars open late. The hotel was very pleasant, nice pool, room with air conditioning and much better than i expected for the price. The staff were lovely. Breakfast is basic but again you have to consider how much you pay. Yes you need to walk down a side street but its like 200 yards and well sign posted.

Unbeatable price

Good hotel with al you can wish for at this price point. 12 rooms with air condition simple breakfast included and walking distance from the beach, the bars and the mall. If you want to stay in Kuta and not spend to much money on a hotel le Lima is a great option!
