Terrible experience
I stayed in a room called “Dara Fam” with two other people. We left around 8:00 PM, locked the room, and took the key with us. An employee was standing outside and casually asked us if we were leaving by foot or taxi, while watching us.
When we returned to the room, we immediately noticed that some of our backpacks were not in the same place we had left them. After counting our money, we realized we had been scammed — part of the money was stolen from each of us!
When we reported the theft, the staff showed us the security camera footage, claiming that no one had entered the room. However, to our surprise, we discovered that the camera had a blind spot right in our room.
