Awesome hotel!!! Home made food

Friendly staff, genuine balinese home made food, felt welcome, awesome view of mt Agung, walking distance to tirta ganga!
Highly recommend this place!!!
The pool and the rooms were really well taken care of.
The staff are very attentionate, and friendly
Would go back there anytime..

Living nightmare

The stay was a living nightmare. In our ceiling lived a living animal who woke us up during the night with screams. The hotel is far from the restaurants and activities . No driver available or English speaking staff as advertised. We had to get our own driver. He misused alcohol and we therefore cancelled an appointment. The Cape Bali staff arranged another driver which the owner cancelled. Cape Bali owner threatened us with the Police should we not use the driver misusing alcohol. Why the cancellation of our driver and the threat with the police we don't know and understand

Living nightmare

Our stay was a living nightmare.Cabe Bali is far from restaurants and activities. No driver or English speaking staff as advertised available. We had to get our own driver. He soon showed a problem with alcohol abuse. We cancelled our appointment with this driver. The Cabe Bali staff booked another driver. The Cabe Bali owner cancelled this driver and forced us to use the alcohol abusing driving. The Cabe Bali owner threatened us with the police should we not use the alcohol abusing driver. We had animals staying in our ceiling causing no sleep because of terrible attacking sounds. We were terrified. Staff promised to remove the animal but it never happened. Dirty blankets and a swimming pool. Very expensive accommodation and meals.

Little quiet paradies

Little paradies in the middle of green ricepadies. The welcome here feels a bit like coming home. Very friendly staff. Nice pool in an amazing garden. The bungalows are very spacious and clean. Good beds and great frog-orchestra for falling asleep and birdssongs for getting awake Very good and plentyful food in a romatic garden gazebo.

Rats all over the attic

We stayed in Villa number 1 for two nights and we were awaken at night by loud rats running all over the attic above our heads. In the morning, there would be dust all over the floor and fresh rats excrements in the bedroom. I talked to the manager about it but he did not seem to understand.
There were also a lot of spider webs above the lamps that could have been easily cleaned. The furniture in the villas is basic and outdated. There were no hot water for the two nights we stayed in.
The positives: the staff is very friendly, the food is really good and the outdoor is really nice. There is a nice big pool overlooking the rice fields. The surrounding area is really pretty and less than 5 minutes walk to the water palace, which is a must see.
