Great Hotel, Even Better People
Rewriting my review because I think everyone here deserves a shout-out. From the lobby team, breakfast team, housekeeping, and even the pool guy. All of you have been amazing.
The hotel’s location is strategic, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the facilities are up to date too.
Thank you to the lobby team, especially Lalan, Haris, Risky, and the lovely lady who assisted me with my billing, for being so helpful, warm, and welcoming. Smooth check-in, smooth check-out. No further words needed.
Breakfast here is amazinggggg! They have such a wide selection. I stayed for 10 days and never got bored of eating here. Thank you Farah and Sandrina for hosting me every morning and making breakfast such a lovely start to my day. Thank you to the chefs at the egg station. Lurveee the Eggs Benedict!!! Also, to the chefs at the Indian station, your bhatura is da bomb. I never skipped bhatura days.
To the housekeeping team, thank you for your wonderful service. Coming back to my room and finding little surprises always made my day. Wani and Rena, the roommate you left for me caught me completely off guard, but it was sooo cute. Ivanda, Shasya, and Vita thank you for leaving me chips to snack on whenever I got bored in the room. And to the entire housekeeping team, thank you!!!
The only tiny complaint I would have is that there’s no complimentary laundry service for long-term business stays when the booking is made through an agency/company. I’ve already suggested that the hotel reconsider this policy, and I hope they can work on it in the future, as it would definitely make longer business stays even better.
Other than that, Pullman Central Park would absolutely be my choice of hotel if I ever visit Jakarta again. Thank you to everyone who made my 10-day stay such a pleasant one.

A home away from home
I fell sick during my recent stay in Jakarta. Being away from home, I didn’t want to disturb my friends, and there was a moment when I felt quite alone and simply needed some care.
The team at Pullman Central Park went far beyond what I expected. From preparing my room before I arrived, arranging for a nurse to accompany me to the doctor, and offering to arrange food for me before I took my medicine, to preparing honey lemon water for me during breakfast and making sure I had enough drinking water to stay hydrated — every little gesture meant so much.
When you’re not feeling well and you’re away from home, these thoughtful acts of kindness make a huge difference. The comfort of knowing that someone is looking out for you made me feel less alone. It truly felt like a home away from home.
This is actually not my first time staying at Pullman Central Park. I keep coming back for the great location, warm service, and, of course, the generous breakfast spread. But this stay reminded me that what really makes a hotel special is its people.

Best service at Executive Lounge
I had such a pleasant stay at Pullman Jakarta Central Park. The hotel facilities are modern and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service at the Executive Lounge. I spent quite some time there during my stay, and I must highlight Elisa, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful and attentive. She always made sure I had everything I needed, from offering food and drinks to checking in if I was comfortable. Her warm attitude and professionalism made me feel very well taken care of. Service like this makes a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the effort. Thank you, Elisa, and the Pullman team for making my stay memorable
