Great budget hotel

Great location just off Jln Tamblingan. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Need to ask for electric kettle. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Basic breakfast is included, usual fruit, toast, eggs any style and waffles or pancakes, juice tea and coffee.
Two well kept swimming pools one with steps and easy access for those who need to have something to hang onto. Not many sun beds and some in need of replacement.
Would stay again, rooms very clean, lots of outdoor space.

Outrageous

This hotel should actually be closed immediately. Too filthy to stay. Several times legs cut open in the pool. Lots and lots of mold. Breakfast staff who are only concerned with themselves. Never again. I hope that other guests also file a complaint with the travel company, because they are no longer allowed to offer this.

I do not recommend this hotel

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
Apart from a beautiful green garden it deserves only 1 star from me. There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel, including in the rooms. The hotel is poorly maintained: lamps did not work and had to be replaced on request.
The mattress smelled extremely of sweat, and although the sheets were changed daily, they were always stained. Breakfast is the same every day, without vegetables.
The staff were not sincere and the prices were inconsistent (bike rental). In addition, a driver tried to trick us with an absurd price for a short trip.
This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Horrible hotel the last 3 years. We stayed there for 10 years but have not been there since this year.

Very very bad hotel. Room and bathroom goor. Toilet overflowed 3x. Bed linen dirty as well as breakfast. The person who gives this hotel a passing grade sleeps in NL I think under a bridge. Owner refuses to take steps to improve.people keep coming because you only pay 28 euros per night per room.

For a more authentic experience

Lovely place to stay. It's a simple setup. If you want to have a more rustic Asian experience then this is the place to be. It's not a modern hotel, but that's where the price is. (If you expect European hotel and breakfast as standard you should not come here. Don't want to have a simple Asia experience? Then choose a more expensive hotel.) The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to go to the beach, visit the night market for real Balinese food or just enjoy Bali. We have been here many times and still enjoy it.

Very good location
