Bad experience

I think this is quite bad, the location is in the center of the town. The service is bad and also the breakfast only rice and spicy eggs. Rooms quite dirty with no backup generator. If theres a problem with PLN then you will not have electricity.

Mahal namun sarapan cuma dengan 1 butir telur

Hotel bertarif Rp. 550.000 tapi sarapannya sangat mengecewakan. Hanya nasi putih dengan sebutir telur ayam saus. Hanya Itu! Tak ada makanan lainnya. Saya menyampaikan protes kepada pengelola hotel terkait sarapan namun jawaban pihak hotel bikin emosi. Banyak tamu juga yang sudah menyampaikan hal yang sama dan itu sudah disampaikan kepada pemilik. Namun hingga kini tidak ada perubahan kebijakan. Sebagai pembanding, hotel2 di Wamena saja yang terkenal daerah paling mahal, sarapan masih ada 3-pilihan menu. Sementara Biak bukanlah daerah mahal. Pemilik hotel ini terlalu banyak mengambil untung tanpa memikirkan kenyamanan tamu. Setelah sarapan saya langsung checkout dari hotel ini dan pindah ke hotel lain yang lebih baik. Saya merekomendasikan kepada teman2 saya untuk tidak menginap di hotel ini. Teramat sangat mengecewakan...

Harga maksimal Pelayanan minimal

+ Lokasi strategis di pusat kota.
+ Bangunan lumayan baru (untuk kamar deluxe)
- Harga tidak sebanding dengan fasilitas yang diberikan.
- Manajemen kamar buruk, saya memesan kamar double bed dan sudah diconfirm, tpi ketika sampai diberikan kamar twin. Hingga hari berikutnya dengan memaksa baru mendapatkan kamar double.
- Sarapan hanya nasi putih dan telur balado +teh/kopi
- Dari reception hingga sepanjang lorong kamar terdapat bau tidak sedap.
- Air panas tidak panas
- Wifi tidak gratis untuk harga kamar diatas 500rb

Penginapan Sederhana di Pusat Kota

Penerbangan yang melelahkan dari Jakarta cukup terbayar dengan rehat di hotel ini. Kami dapat check-ini lebih awal tanpa biaya tambahan karena rata-rata pesawat mendarat di Biak pada pagi hari. kamar cukup lega dan bersih, petuga hotel juga tanggal menyediakan kebutuhan tamu seperti toiletries, handuk, dan sandal. AC di kamar cukup dingin. Sarapan sederhana, nasi goreng, roti dan minuman hangat, standar. Namun dibalik kesederhanaannya, ternyata hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan terbesar di Biak, mini market, dan pusat belanja oleh-oleh. Tidak perlu khawatir berkunjung ke Biak, warga setempat memang nampak garang namun mereka sangat baik dan ramah. Tidak perlu takut kelaparan, karena di sebelah hotel juga berjejer penjual makanan. Basana Inn bisa menjadi pilihan menginap, walaupun sederhana namun letaknya strategis di pusat kota.
