Best Experience
I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The room is always clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Everything is always well taken care of, which makes every stay feel pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay, and I’ll keep coming back! ✨

The Worst 4-Star Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had”
This is honestly the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that was in such terrible condition that it was practically unlivable. I’ve stayed at dozens of 4-star hotels, but this is by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had.
The price isn’t much different from an international 4-star hotel, yet the quality and amenities are nowhere near the same. I genuinely feel like I wasted my money. Needless to say, this will be my first and last time staying at a local 4-star hotel like this.
For what I paid, the room felt more like I was being given a free, run-down room than actually paying for a 4-star hotel.
The curtains were torn and had holes in them, the AC controls were outdated and old-fashioned, and, unbelievably, I even had small cockroaches crawling on my body. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star.
I even complained about the door handle. A technician came to check it and said they would look for a replacement handle and install it. Guess what? No one ever came back—not even by the time I checked out.
I also complained about the Smart TV. The listing on Tiket.com clearly says “SMART TV,” but the hotel’s response was that not every room has a Smart TV and that they don’t even know which rooms do. **Seriously? That is an absolutely ridiculous statement.**
If you advertise “Smart TV” as a room amenity, guests have every right to expect it. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and definitely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Family Staycation - Good stay but disappointed about the pool
A family staycation and booked two rooms. One of the rooms unfortunately had no outside view., but overall the rooms were clean and well maintained with good facilities. There was a minor accident, a lamp fall in front of the room.
The breakfast was good and the location is great, very close to PVJ Mal.
However, we were disappointed because there was no prior notice on Agoda that the swimming pool would be closed due to Olympic event. We choose this hotel because of its pool, so finding out only after arrival was really frustrating .
Overall, a pleasant stay but the lack of information about the pool affected our experience.
