The right place with families

It was a great place, near to beach,everything was near, the rooms was good and restaurant was having a limited menu but tasty and nice atmosphere, garden place near a pool was awesome

Most things were really good! Great proximity to the beach and cliffside. Great rooms, nice property, good food, helpful staff.
The wifi is unusable. Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless.
Other minor problems:
Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it.
Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door.
Level of service depends on who you're talking to, can be very inconsistent.

Great location, spacious rooms - Recommended for families

Great location with friendly staff, spacious rooms and clean washrooms.
We took 2 rooms, same type but one had no fan at all, full AC which was weird. My room neither had water bottles nor toiletries, and we had to call for getting them.
Breakfast options were less but all items were very tasty. Our room floor was damp, not sure if it was because of the weather, although the other room did not have this issue.

Awesome Stay @West Bay Marisol

Our stay at West Bay Marisol was a delightful experience, thanks to its prime location near the beach, incredibly friendly and attentive staff, and well-maintained, comfortable rooms. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered was very limited in choices. Would have a wider variety of delicious options. We particularly appreciated the small touches like complimentary water bottles and the prompt room service. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway):-
