Very good staff, room and service, thank you

We went to Banaras on 15th December. The food there and the behaviour of the staff was very good. The second big thing is that we come here for darshan of Kashi Vishwanath, it is very close, 1.5 km and Kal Bhairon is also nearby, we were there for 5 days, there was a family like atmosphere, thanks to the staff of Hotel Sarc Inn who gave such a good service and also took a lot of care.

Rooms too much humedity and small

Very small rooms and too much humedity. The attention for the hotel staff was good and there is a good Restaurante into the hotel

Exceptional Service & Impeccable Cleanliness!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and elegance of the room.
The room was spacious, well-designed, and had all the modern amenities I needed — including a super comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything spotless.

Worst and pathetic Service,.............,.............................................................

One of the worst hotel and room service was pathetic..... I stayed here with my family for 3 days and all the days they have provided wrost and pathetic service.... We have complained about hot water is not coming from past three days and every time they say we are working and no problem is being fixed... No person is co operative and receptionist was worst in taking handling and resolving the issue. I suggest not to stay in this hotel
