I am often in Varanasi for work, and always stay at te Diamond. It is near both to the center city and riverfront and to the university and yet quickly accessible to the route to the airport and train station. The staff are helpful, from arranging cars for longer road trips to providing all the necessities of a hotel stay. The rooms are quite large, and the bathrooms have recently been remodeled, a further plus. The restaurant is good.

I had a wonderful stay at Diamond Hotel, Varanasi, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience.

The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and comfortable — a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring Varanasi.

The rooms were big, clean, well‑maintained, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as expected, and I felt relaxed throughout my stay.

Excellent value for money. The service and quality you receive truly justify the price.
Cleanliness:
Spotless. Housekeeping was quick, attentive, and consistently ensured the room was fresh and tidy.
Noise Level:
Very peaceful. I had no issues with noise and slept comfortably.

The service was outstanding. Staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely customer‑focused. Housekeeping was fast and efficient, and the overall team made me feel well taken care of.

Overall, Diamond Hotel did not disappoint me in any way. I left extremely satisfied and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

I am currently staying at Hotel Diamond, and my experience here has been truly wonderful, largely because of one exceptional staff member, Aayush Shrivastava. His behavior is extremely polite, calm, and professional. He interacts with every guest with a warm smile and makes sure to understand their needs with great patience.
Aayush Shrivastav dedication and positive attitude are truly commendable. His room service is excellent—everything is delivered on time and with great attention to cleanliness and detail. He goes beyond just doing his job; he makes guests feel valued and comfortable.
In my opinion, his service deserves more than a perfect score—if I could, I would rate him 10 out of 5 stars. He is truly talented, patient, and a great asset to the hotel.

Excellent stay, great food & ambience, close to all the sight seeing places
Excellent hotel at the heart of the city far better than the famed one. Extremely courteous staff especially Ashwani, Vijay Sahani, Manish at the restaurant. Front office staff across shifts are extremely helpful

Very centrally located hotel with clean hygiene maintained,, very near to must see places in varanasi, best is you get rekshw outside the main gate day and night,,, staff very helpful and cooperative,, front office staff very informative special thank to Swarnalata with whom I used to speak on phone for information use to respond and reply with all information politely appreciated I wanted print out for my tickets was given immediately in my room I forgot gentlemen name with black specks, thank you,,,, They refered a guide Mr Rajiv Pathak,, Number+91 9956539935 a wonderful experience guide to see varanasi best of knowledge and arrange darshan in all temple & Arti in Kashi Vishwanath temple and darshan in Kal Bhairav temple,hassle-free He is on time for sightseeing,, in Gujarati called BHOMIA, means full knowledge of kashi, must take his service with reasonable price to enjoy kashi sightseeing, breakfast is good and tasty,,, restaurant staff very prompt to respond,, good dosa omlette prepared as order, must visit and stay,,,, I will definitely come again,, thks
