Excellent memorable stay

It was n pleasant and memorable stay room interior was modern, clean and neat hotel and rooms we would love to stay again in this hotel overall service and buffet breakfast is awesome staff and receptionist is so polite and helpfull, value for money over all excellent stay

Very rude and no manners

I called today to Hotel Pearl for booking inquiry,
Receptionist Ms Bharti was very rude and does not have single percent manners to talk to customer. If receptionist does not have manners then why good customers will book in this hotel. It is always said first impression is last impression. Baat aise karte ho jaise ki customer par meherbani karte ho.

Horrible experience in The Pearl

The so called Deluxe room is very conjusted.Its like a matchbox.There is no space to walk around also in the room.Also, Its looking like a lodge with all rooms very close and facing each other. Very noisy.Also, the lift is on the backside and there is no separate dining area.We need to order everything thru room service.
The Manager is very rude and they offered only Bread butter for breakfast.
Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
