Excellent services
The resort has all the facilities like clean rooms, heaters, electric blankets, room service and all.
Over all we had a great experience as the staff is also very supportive.
I recommend this property to all the guests visiting kanatal area.

Overall experience was quite amazing for this wonderful location
I do have one of the best experience there at this hotel lovely view friendly staff and room was neat and clean bathroom was decent and blankets and bedsheet were washed before being used and overall everything was quiet good and really love to visit that place again in future with my wife again.

Best stay with best place
It was an amazing day and I had enjoyed a lot, everything is good, food location view awesome sm. Staff was polite and wana say thank you to all specially Paras ji thank you fully satisfied will revisit again with my family. Also will recommend my friends and colleagues to come and have a amazing experience.

Enchanting simply enchanting
I have visited many places - none as e chanting as here - You are literally overlooking the Himalayas.
The rooms are outstanding, the food is sumptuous to eat, and the staff are so attentive.
My grasp of the English language can not do justice to this well situated resort.
It's like the 1940s film Lost Horizons by Frank Capra - It is like the mythical Valley Shangri-la

Not a good option at all, wastage of money
Not a good choice, very dirty linen, very unhygienic food and crockery, room and bed was full of mosquitoes and insects..

हर सिक्के के दो पहलू होते हैं और आइए अब Trip Advisor के सभी दर्शकों को उन चीजों के बारे में बताएं जो आपने (श्री मंगला) हमारे रिसॉर्ट में की हैं।
श्री सुमित मंगला 24/07/2021 को शाम 5:30 बजे अपनी पत्नी पूजा सिक्का के साथ हमारे रिसॉर्ट में आए। केवल 500 रुपये की छूट पाने के लिए उन्होंने रिसेप्शन पर ही मुझसे कम से कम 15 मिनट तक झगड़ा किया, जिसे मैंने मना कर दिया। फिर वे अपने कमरे में चले गए और अंकित और महावीर नेगी नाम के हमारे स्टाफ मेंबर्स को परेशान करने लगे। वे अतिरिक्त तौलिये और अतिरिक्त बेडशीट जैसी चीजें मांगने लगे। हमारे स्टाफ सदस्य अंकित ने मुझसे मिस्टर एंड मिसेज मंगला की अनावश्यक मांगों के बारे में पूछा, मैंने अंकित से कहा कि अतिथि को वे सभी चीजें प्रदान करें जो वे चाहते हैं क्योंकि हम 'अतिथि देवो भव' की नीति में विश्वास करते हैं।

जब मैंने यह सब सुना तो मैंने अपने स्टाफ सदस्यों को उनसे कुछ दूरी बनाए रखने के लिए कहा और मैंने उनसे कहा कि यह अतिथि कल सुबह तक चेकआउट करेगा और आपको उसके किसी भी उपद्रव का जवाब नहीं देना है।
अगले दिन दम्पति श्री सुमित और उनकी पत्नी पूजा सिक्का चेक आउट हुए और चले गए। उनके चेकआउट के एक घंटे बाद, मुझे अपने सफाई कर्मचारियों का फोन आया कि इन मेहमानों ने चादरें, तौलिये और कंबल नष्ट कर दिए हैं और इन सभी चीजों पर काले धब्बे डाल दिए हैं। मैंने अपने स्टाफ को इन सभी को ड्राई क्लीनिंग के लिए रखने का निर्देश दिया और कहा कि अब से गेस्ट चेकआउट से पहले हर कमरे की जांच कर लें।
2 दिनों के बाद श्री सुमित मंगला ने इन छवियों और टिप्पणियों को फेसबुक पर पोस्ट किया। एक व्यक्ति जो मुझसे पहले 500 रुपये के लिए झगड़ा करता था, स्टाफ सदस्यों को गांजा जैसी चीजें उपलब्ध नहीं कराने पर दुर्व्यवहार करता था, ने ये टिप्पणी की है।
श्री मंगला, यह आपकी ओर से बहुत शर्मनाक है। हम 'अतिथि देवो भव' की नीति में विश्वास करते हैं और आपने और आपकी पत्नी ने यहां हमारे रिसॉर्ट में वह सब उपद्रव किया। मुझे समझ में नहीं आता कि आप किस तरह के स्वास्थ्यकर्मी हैं और आप अपना जीवन कैसे जीते हैं, लेकिन अगर आप और आपकी पत्नी ऐसे हैं, तो मुझे कहना होगा कि आप लोग बुरे व्यवहार वाले हैं और आपको कुछ शिष्टाचार सीखना चाहिए।
पूरे भारत के सभी होटल मालिकों से मेरी ईमानदारी से अपील है कि श्री सुमित मंगला जैसे नशा करने वालों को अपने होटल में न आने दें।
