This 3 min read can save you from a lot of trouble
We had booked a cottage. They had overbooked and a cottage wasn't available. They downgraded us with a honeymoon suite (I was visiting with a friend). All the rooms smelled of dampness, beds were full of hair of the guest who had the misfortune of staying in this resort. Fan regulators didn't work. Geysers didn't work. The TELEPHONE in the room DIDN'T WORK! The staff pretended to be shocked when we brought these problems to their notice but DID NOT FIX IT. How much does it take to calculate that two guests would need 2 towels? On top of this, they changed our room not once, nor twice, but three times without our notice when we were out sightseeing, because probably other guests demanded the room with a better view (idk). They did not misplace any of our things, though.
There are no restrictions in this place. People played loud music around the pool. Were drinking in the pool, outside of pool timings. Nobody cared.
Now the WORST part. My friend went to swim (at night, outside of pool timings. Completely his fault). There is a concrete partition in the pool which separates the shallow area from the deep area, but the partition is UNDER THE WATER! My friend started his stroke and hit head first into the partition. The resort made ZERO efforts to provide any assistance to take him to a hospital. "sir, you have to take him yourself. We have no cars". They had band aid in the name of first aid. One very helpful staff member who I will not name because idk if this would result in adverse action against him, helped me take my friend to a hospital 6 kms away on his motorcycle. God bless him. My friend got 12 stitches and is okay now. This might not happen to anyone and I pray that it never does to anyone but if it does, know that this place is not prepared for any kind of emergency.

Operational manager (kartik jangid) is also very kind
And the pool experience was very nice and the ambience is very aesthetic
