Visiting the town where I did my schooling

This is one of the new Hotels in Town. Located close to the heart of the town at Thillai Nagar, it is well connected and close to many important temples and places to visit. The service was very good and the rooms are well appointed. though the hotel does not have an attached restaurant, there are a few close by. The staff is very friendly and the tariff is very reasonable. A few improvements will make this hotel stay far more enjoyable. They must provide for hangers in the wardrobe, a bath stool in the restroom and provision for making tea or coffee by the guests in the room. As there are no attached restaurant, it requires the guests to go out to fetch a morning cup of tea or coffee from road side vendors. The tariff includes a vegetarian breakfast. This is provided by an outside caterer and this needs a lot of improvement.

Worst, fraudulent in front office

I booked toom 23 - 24 & 24 - 25 two nights. via booking.com at 899/- ×2, but they simply ask me to pay 1000/× 2 -. And ask me to cancel the booking via booking.com. Front office staff doing some fraud in money handling.

Disappointing

Booked this hotel at the last minute after reading positive reviews by others. But very disappointed with the stay.
The road below flyover is closed on both sides; google maps does not show the correct route and the hotel did not inform about alternative root before hand. Had great difficulty locating the place.
Biggest disappointment was the bed. Torn and stained bedsheets was the last thing I was expecting after paying so much. The restaurant from which they source food is beside an open drain; so we didn't bother to take the complimentary breakfast. We asked for coffee without sugar; but were given coffee with tons of sugar in a flask. Lots of mosquitoes in the area due to open drains. Window glass is thin and there is quite some noise from vehicles going over the flyover
Only saving grace for this place is the decor of the room; it is slightly better than a lodge.

Good stay

We stayed for 2 nights.non ac room.it was good and clean.nice hospitaloty.Good variety of breakfast(served from 8.30am onwards).
Close to temple.No kitchen.Provided extra bed as we went with children as part of package.overall good play to stay.

Raams Park--My Nov solo visit

Just sharing my feedback on room, Location of the place is at known point, but for person who is coming for first time, it is bit confusing,Also car parking arrangement needs to be managed better. As construction of flyover taking place, roads are bit bumpy when approaching the hotel.Also there are no helpers in hotel who could assist you with taking the luggages or assisting with any room service queries. Room (Executive double) is ok, but pricing is bit on higher end, also there is no attached restaurant.Overall okish for 1 night stay as solo traveller.
