Good food, Good property, Great service

The Food was Great, The property has a good view and the location is also good Sisu Lake nearby, and the service was top notch and a huge Shoutout to Harsh who gave use great service

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place came recommended by a friend who lives in Manali but proved quite disappointing on multiple counts. We paid for 2 nights directly from the US in USD (and the price was quite costly by local standards). Yet when we arrived, the bathroom tap had no water and further, the faucet / tap was half broken. Further, the room's marketing clearly indicated a balcony yet there was none in the room provided us. As such, we asked for another location which they showed us but that room was even worse. The final straw was that my son fell sick so we had to check out after the 1st night to take him to a hospital in Manali and could not stay both nights as booked at this place in Sissu. Yet the hotel refused to provide a refund despite Expedia making a request on our behalf. This property seems only to be in the business of making a quick profit, not caring much for customer service or any level of genuine care. Recommend you stay at other properties in Sissu or Keylong.

A nice hotel at Sissu

This is a nice hotel in Sissu. The location is good and they have a good service. The rooms have excellent view. The restaurant is good. They are one of the few places who do give room heaters as part of the package. They have a good parking place at the hotel.

Great place to visit and stay

beautiful location of property and amazing staff. Food quality is good. Heated room with warm bedding. Very near to center of the sissu valley and easy access to all facilities. Most recommended property

Above average

Good location and room. Service is a bit slow. Food is good. The best property available at this location. Most rooms have little spaces. You can use loan for party and campfire. Many items in menu were not available due to lack of seasonal guests. It’s much better than Manali for stay.
