Amazing hotel

Best hotel under the budget of 2500. The rooms are near and tidy. The staff is also humble and cooperative..They provided enough water for use for bath and drinking. It is only 5 minutes away from mall road. I liked this hotel.

Can be better

Very good location and very affordable tariff. Staff is very good and attentive (the gentleman at the reception is very courteous). Even the owner was there and was very helpful in giving us valuable suggestions and information about local places and guided us well. My reason to give it less stars is the stinking bedsheets, entire bedding was dirty, it was impossible to sleep the whole night with a small kid. I guess it was because of some travellers who dirty the hotel room. However the hotel can look into this. Sorry for the low stars but this is a big issue. All the best .

Nice location

Hotel was average but it is good with compare the price.
Staff behaviour very good.Every time they were ready to help us.
Hotel was the top of the hill. Location was good but no vehical go up to hotel gate. If you have more luggage so please inform them, they will be arrange for it.
Hotel room was not up to mark, Average.
It is 05 minute walkable distance from the mall road.

Great value for money, except expensive laundry service

Lovely hotel staff, super clean room with great view.
Only downside was that when we wanted to use the laundry service there was no way of finding out the costs beforehand. When we were returned our washings it turned out to be ridiculously expensive (3 times the price what we'd paid in other places).

Comfortable stay and wonderful staff.

Very comfortable hotel. I got a warm and sunny room. The food was great and much better quality wise as well as price wise as compared to restaurants outside the hotel at mall road or lakkar bazaar.
The hotel manager - Mr. Gulzaar is a soft spoken and very caring person. And so is the owner. Gulzar ji went an extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay during peak season.
As compared to other hotels .. I found it very cozy, soft spoken staff and delicious food. Given the price of rooms they charge, its a gem and hospitality is priceless.
Will return to the same hotel for next stay!
