We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that there appears to be a discrepancy in the details mentioned. As per our records, the arrival was early in the morning at around 6:00 am and not 11:00 am, well before the standard check-in time of 1:00 pm i.e. almost 7 hours early and the hotel was operating at full occupancy at that time.
In such situations, early check-in is always subject to room availability. Despite the constraints, our team informed you that a room would be arranged as soon as a check-out was completed and requested some time for the same. Applicable early check-in charges were communicated as per standard policy, which is followed uniformly for all guests.
We would also like to highlight that our team made efforts to accommodate the request, even under limited availability. We regret if the communication was perceived otherwise, as it is never our intention to cause inconvenience.

Very pathetic experience while booking hotel Moksha in rishikesh. Manager ask for extra money for only half an hour early.

On that day, the hotel was operating at near full occupancy, and no rooms were immediately available at the time of your arrival. Despite this, our team requested you to allow some time so that a room could be arranged as soon as a check-out was completed.
Early check-in at such hours is always subject to availability and may involve applicable charges as per policy. We would also like to highlight that no additional charges were ultimately taken.
We have also noted similar concerns being raised across multiple profiles for the same stay, which appears to stem from a misunderstanding of standard hotel policies.
