Worst experience
Lift not working.
No TV
No Wifi
Inhouse restaurant not operational.
They do not change bedsheet and Pillow cover.
Room no .101 which they had allocated me was not even having a mirror in the room.
No cup board in the room.
They serve one item in breakfast either Poha or upma with tea which is cold.
Never recommend.
Person at Reception told that next time you will get service as they have taken over this property recently.
The person at Reception had also denied me check in and told that this booking is under rate and he requires Rs.1000 more to give me check in.
This was settled by fab customer care team but it took more than 30 minutes.
They even don't provide packaged drinking water.
