Also, milk creamer was expired.
Just imagine eating it and then suffering from food poisoning.
Who is going to pay for the above things?
Also the persin at the checkin counter in tbe evening was quite rude.

The Emerald Park, Nashik - Good Hotel badly Managed
it was a business trip for 2 nights 3 days but wifi was not working at all on all days, lame excuses given which was not at all convincing, major staff peaks regional language. not enough staff to cater the guests, most of the staff do not have answers to the guest questions. no cleanliness, no towels, napkins in the room even ask for 3-4 times. no soap in the bathroom.

Lights were fluctuating
TV channels too less and not changing
Tea Kettle getting stuck in the base
Air conditioner not keeping constant temperature through out the night. AC temperature control was not working and was broken
