PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF

very bed experience with treebo ,as we had booked hotel for our corporate client for 5 nights as we had booked total 3 rooms by mistake instead of 1 so same day after booking we had asked hotel guy that we dii mistake so request to give refund for 2 unused rooms but they had clearly denied that refund won't be possible & even make my trip has also denied due to their policy. we will not recommend for any future booking as no support from them .
