Good service and pleasant stay

During March 28-30, 2019 we stayed in this hotel. For our 3 member family, we booked 3 bedroom over phone itself. Very well maintained 3 bedrooms with clean toilet and 24hrs hot water facility. Car parking is little bit tedious but with help of security we can park. Ambient location, nearby lot of veg and non-veg hotels like sangeetha, gurubhavan and chettinad hotels. All hotels are gud quality food and tastier. Hot drinking water provided in room. Extra bedsheeths and soaps provided. .

Horrible room

Worst Hotel, the bedsheets were not changed, and the rooms are disgusting, worst maintained. Got a bedsheet with blood stain, disgusting.

Average stay

Hotel is located in a prime location, very near to the market. Rooms are average, expect no luxury here. Round the clock hot water is an advantage. Restaurant only serves veg food, but you can walk a few meters and find almost all kinds of restaurants nearby. It will be better to book directly with the front desk as they can offer great prices.

Good service, good food

One of the best budget hotels in Munnar. The rooms were very clean with all the basic necessities you'd need. The hotel staff are very friendly and their service is good too. The veg food served was tasty.
We booked a super deluxe double bedroom for total of 5 members since that was the only room available, we ordered extra beds. The cost for one night came to Rs.3000.

Never book this hotel through TripAdvisor,price for rooms very cheap compare direct booking through hotel site ,rooms are furniture are very old and painting smell inside the rooms ,only good thing in this hotel was 24 hours hot water only ,now days very small hotels have wifi and internet facilities but nothing available in this hotel
