Will never stay again.
Also, when I checked into my room, it was missing a mini fridge. I called and informed the reception about it and they said they will deliver one to my room. I went out for the day and came back at night and the mini fridge was still missing. I called the reception again and the staff told me my room does not come with a mini fridge and kept insisting so until I told him I had booked the same room type for my relatives and they all had mini fridges. It was only then he said that he will send one, but he did not even apologise or anything.
The bathroom in my room also constantly reeked of ciggarettes which was very off putting for a non-smoker like myself.
The bathroom layout is also awful, as the shower space does not come with a detachable shower head. The detachable shower head can be found at the bathtub, but you can't bring the soap from the shower space over because it is locked into place.
We also had booked this hotel rather early and even received early bird discounts but somehow we were given rooms on the lowest floor. We asked the receptionist for higher floors and she didn't even check and told us they were all sold out. Just imagine the noise from the traffic without soundproofing. I will never step foot into this hotel ever again. Stay at your own risk.
