The best staff. Hospitality

Excellent. Beautiful room. Breakfast is also delicious. Above all, the staff are very kind.
He was very caring. They also kept my luggage after I checked out and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport and get on board. You can stay at reasonable prices in Mumbai and I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Great place to stay

A great one night stay, clean dulex room, great air conditioning,
Friendly staff, lots of street food nearby, 15 minute walk to Chowpatty beach, loved it, would stay again, value for money, rice, chai, and toast and jam for breakfast, perfect!!

Close to train station, shops and market, comfy bed, brilliant manager

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Grant Road station. The manager, Narinder, is one of, if not the nicest person we met in India. He let us check in early into one of the rooms we booked, helped us with direction and anything we needed. 2 of our rooms were very spacious, facing the main road. The third room was at the back, a bit smaller but that room was far from the street noise, so it was very quiet. All the rooms were clean, and had enough space for our belongings. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were very good, the soap that was provided had a nice scent. The lobby and staircase looked newly renovated, very clean and bright. The complimentary breakfast was simple but great, a good start of our day. I also need to mention that the staff in the hotel was very helpful, friendly, and we were well looked after. If I find myself in Mumbai again, I would definitely stay at Empire Hotel.

Clean, good service and location

Excellent service and location in central Mumbai, close to public transit, shopping and restaurants. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Good value for a budget hotel. Recommend for single travellers and couples, not for large families.

You get what you pay for

Small room, elementary, but clean and comfortable - super friendly staff and extremely great location
Breakfast included - chai and toast - but hey it's cheap and you wanted something in the middle of Mumbai on a budget! Totally would go back!
