Decent place to stay

Nice and clean place. The only issue i faced is 12 to 12 check out. Even if you check in by 11 pm also you should check out on next day 12pm.

Very Good Base for Temple trip

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had 2 rooms. Check in was a breeze. They have car parking and area for the drivers to rest at night. This was our base for the temple trip in the area. Very convenient. Rooms were decent sized - decent bathrooms with hot water. we had an issue with the bathroom and they fixed it immediately. Cold crisp AC for the summer heat. Excellent service by all. Internet connection was good enough for me to get some work done and have some Teams meetings during the night. They had tissue paper for my kids to manage travel. Free breakfast is part of the package and its delightful. Starts at 7 AM - so we could eat and head out for our temple pilgrimage by 7:45 AM. room service starts at 5 AM so i could get my coffee at 5:30 AM and get ready.
We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Wonderful taste, wide variety of cosine and wonderful friendly service. Everything is very reasonably priced.
PAMS will always be our base when we visit the area for temple visits.

Unpleasant

This hotel was a wasted stay. Cleanliness was very bad, even cockroaches running, staff attitude also very rude, Food, below average taste, better avoid. Overall Terrible experience. Bed Linens were not washed properly. Please avoid his hotel

Bad experience

1. Bathroom donot have exhaust fan. Wet floors
2. Additional bed have pungent smell
3. Reception people have bad attitude
4. Before you check in , check for towels , bed sheet , bed spread , cupboard and all. During check out they will charge you for what you have not done . Like damaged towel)
