Absolutely terrible report with terrible service. I booked this place for my parents and paid for the all-inclusive room assuming they would get breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks (this was mentioned on their hotel page). When they showed up, the hotel refused to serve them any food and said the food isn't included. They didn't even have a kitchen within the resort to make tea/ coffee in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous resort. I am pretty sure all the good reviews above me are posted by their family and friends.
