Sleep over, sit on the balcony tonight.

Comfortable room with balcony (we had on the 2nd floor)
The balcony is large (it has 2 chairs and a table)
The room is small, but no more). A very comfortable bed.
No safe (buy a small padlock on a suitcase and all problems will be solved). After a week in the hotel were dared and did not even close it))
Refrigerator in the hallway, each with its own shelf (convenient)
Breakfast - must be ordered in the morning from the host (we ate a couple of times) after in the cafe nearby - very affordable and delicious
Photos are not very relevant - there were no tables in our yard

Little Nest, 13 - 31 January

We stayed at this hotel the 3rd time. This year was from 13 to 31 of January. This is the good developing hotel with kind and hospitable owner and employees. Good breakfast is available upon request. Beauty salon is on the territory of the hotel. Bike rent is available at a good price. Ocean is only about 7 minutes walk.

Very good, I recommend

As a result of a long search for a hotel in Goa, I chose the Little nest hotel - a quiet corner in the depths of the residential development of Mandrem. After a sleepless night on the wings of AE and a 3-hour bus transfer, you get to the hotel early in the morning, and you have only one desire - to fall and never get up. We were incredibly lucky that we were seated almost immediately after arrival, and were not forced to wait until 14-00, as often happens. Perhaps the chocolate played a role, or the owner simply turned out to be a sweetheart - many thanks to him.
We were provided with an upgraded room - deluxe instead of standard. It turned out to be surprisingly clean, spacious and in good repair, and in addition there was also a spacious open veranda, where it would be so relaxing to drink tea or sip rum in the evening.
Our windows looked out onto the courtyard - not a great view, but relative silence. Although our street is narrow, motorcycles are racing along it, rattling loudly. And from early morning there are flatbread peddlers who constantly blow the whistle and wake up tourists. On the street there is everything you need for life: shops, restaurants, massage parlors, exchangers, bike rentals, taxi services, ticket offices for planes, buses and trains, massage parlors.
Breakfast was included, and this was a great success, because immediately after going to bed, looking for a food outlet was not much fun. Breakfasts are not ideal, but quite edible, and the boy brings them directly to the room. Be sure to buy your own water, even for washing. Local water causes severe diarrhea. For the same reason, you should not take juices and drinks with ice, which is made from the same toxic water.
The neighboring house is a vegetable stall, where you can buy anything from potatoes to passion fruit. Behind it is a wonderful restaurant, almost the best in Mandrem. The bus stop on the Mapusa - Arambol highway is also nearby, but the noise from the road does not reach the hotel.
The sea and beaches are 10-15 minutes away by walking along the paths, in the shade of tall palm trees - grace and beauty. Just don’t forget that heavy coconuts sometimes fall down and not always to the ground. In India, there are even sad statistics of deaths from being hit by a coconut...

Staying in January 2023 - 2 weeks

Very good family hotel. We stayed here two years ago as well. Very hospitable and kind owners. Propose cleaning every day. Simple but delicious breakfasts. Always ready to help you to solve your issues. Common big fridge in the hall. Hot water is always available. Electricity could be switched off from time to time, but not at the hotel’s fault - local adjustments and and always for a short time. The hotel is situated in the touristic area, lots of shops, restaurants and fruits. Bike rental is also at your disposal in this hotel.

Good accessibility of this hotel

Hi ,. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. Location is good. Service is good. Accessible to all places like shopping, restaurants, movies etc. First day breakfast was not good. The next day, breakfast was good. 12 pm is the actual check-in time but we reached there 3 hours before. They charged 1000 rs for 3hrs. They charged too much for just 3 hrs. Other than that everything is good.
