A great place to stay in Lucknow
The check-in was fast and the front office staff was efficient and courteous. The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It has all the basic amenities. There was a locker also in the almirah to store your valuable belongings. The bathroom was clean and had basic toiletries. This made for a perfect, relaxing, and truly pleasant stay.
The main highlight during the stay was the food, which I ordered for one day before heading out to enjoy the local flavor Lucknow. The it was delicious Each dish ordered was packed with authentic flavors of Lucknow and was cooked to perfection.
The breakfast which is served at Café D'lite RESTAURANT, A Multi Cuisine Restaurant at Lobby Level was good. The breakfast spread was good, and it had both options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The staff at the restaurant was efficient and fast.
Overall, it is a great place to stay in Lucknow, offering both comfort and fantastic food with great service, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend Hotel Lineage to anyone visiting Lucknow.

Comfortable and good food ,but spoiled by one very arrogant irresponsible ,rude receptionist
She was rude right from the word go, forget talking with a smile ,she should first stop frowning .
When I complained that a couple entered my room ,when I was fast asleep ,and shouted, " yeha tho pahley se koi sooyah hai ".
I reminded her that all reputed hotels send a staff member to show the guests their room ,why no one accompanied this guest . The receptionist did not even attempt to make an excuse, like hua tho hua ...
She is probably the worst hotel staff I have ever encountered

overall , and the hospitality is amazing…!!! Food is yum. Also on my special reference they offered me balcony room too. Also timely services are provided and hygiene is maintained. Make sure once visit is done.
