Excellent room room service and food

i made a booking for my friend, a retired Director of Siemens Ltd., at Aida. He was extremely happy with the room, the prompt room service, and the quality of the food. He said he will recommend Aida Kottayam to all his friends.

WiFi was not stable and sometimes not available. During our 3 day stay we had several times made calls to your staff for help. Your staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. I have a feeling that your WiFi needs a stronger Router to take care of the renters.
Your rooms were spacious and clean, staff was great and food was very good.
