Comfortable small hotel in central location

A small hotel where you get a lot of help from the staff if you need it. It is located further from the main roads, so it's pretty calm. The breakfast selection is good; they prepare fresh omelets for you. They provide mineral water to the room on request.
Our room was small but comfortable, with a view over a private garden. The bathroom was clean and sizeable.
The hotel connections with a quaint restaurant (Karma Kettle) that is within walking distance and where you can order from to your room.
There is a rooftop terrace to hang out.

Comfortable stay.

Exactly like the pictures (but a tiny bit tighter than shown). Shower was AMAZING (but leaked into the bathroom). Had the best night’s rest in the hotel’s bed (despite a blind that wouldn’t roll down to shut out the light). The hotel staff made up for the little nigglies though by being super friendly and helpful.

Cozy and comfy

A very centrally located property in South Cal. Beautiful rooms crafted with care and a very attentive host of staff members who make you feel at home. The rooms are convenient, self-sufficient and very comfortable.

stayed there between 26th Dec to 1st Jan - thouroughly satisfied with their service and hygiene standards -a big round of appluse to the ever attentive Mr.Nygel - attentive, humble and very customer friendly - his always ready to help attitude was a major contributor to make this stay memorable and comfortable. otherwise, rooms are well made, clean and airy. Location - conveneinet.

Booked for wedding guests - Cozy, Memorable, and Crazy Good Hospitality

I booked The Mandeville earlier this month (Dec 2020) for myself and my wedding guests for 5 nights. We were highly impressed with their arrangements, and I would highly recommend this property.
The upkeep was impeccable (just as in the images!), and the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire property was very reassuring (they take special precautions for Covid). Nygel and his team were extremely courteous, hospitable, prompt, & supportive of our every need.
The property itself is located in a very prime neighborhood in Ballygunge. The property offers all the modern amenities, including Wi-fi, a kitchenette with an oven and a mini-fridge (in their deluxe rooms), and spacious modern bathrooms. It also has a very pretty terrace with seating for those who enjoy their morning cup of tea in the sun.
The place has a beautiful decor themed around old Kolkata, and the rooms are very spacious, and bathed in sunlight. Their breakfast menu has good options, and they serve in large portions. Don't miss asking for a cup of their hot masala chai when staying over.
