AMAZING! 7-star Luxury at price of 3-star!

Absolutely everything you dream about in hospitality; super clean rooms, serene atmosphere, extra comfortable beds, elegantly decorated room which brings peace the moment you enter, and very warm staff with real smiles and always ready to help. The pool surrounded with lush coconut and mango trees, is truly an oasis of tranquility. Just 8 to 10 minutes walk takes you to Patnem or Colomb beach.

I was actually sad to leave this place.

Oceanic is a gem. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, and the pool is great especially after coming back from the beach. And as much breakfast as you can eat.

10 night stay

We choose the Oceanic due to its close proximity to St Francis Animal Rescue Centre where we volunteered during our stay.
Communication with the hotel was excellent from the start. They arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay all we had to do was message Shubham and he would always respond.
The room was clean, modern and lovely and light we stayed in room 4. The room was cleaned daily and fresh water always given. Lovely shower with plenty of hotel water. Laundry service was excellent
The hotel was calm, relaxing and set amongst greenery.
Well positioned close to Patnem and Palolem both within easy walking distance. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.
Thank you Oceanic for a wonderful stay. We will be sure to book again when we stay in the area in the future. We wish you all the very best for the coming season Liz and Sheena

Pleasant accommodation and full price.

The most comfortable and pleasant I have had in India so far (after a stay at 4-5 stars). The location of the hotel is amazingly quiet, and also quite close to the quiet patnam beach about 10 minutes walk and to the palolem beach about 20 minutes walk. The charming Urmila and Kedar welcomed me with a smile and helped with any matter I needed with personal attitude. Additionally there is a pretty good pool inside the place, including a small pool for pets.

NOT A HIDDEN GEM.

We would STRONGLY advise that you take a look at this small complex before you part with your hard earned money!
There is no restaurant in which to eat, you will be sitting in the VERY SMALL outside area sharing your space with the large red ants and thousands of swarming mosquitos. The very little area is surrounded by built up walls, and is extremely hot and very humid.
The little bar was unattended for the meager 2 hours that we had the displeasure of spending at this establishment.
In that small amount of time, , we were bitten beyond belief. For me personally, i had to see a doctor, and am currently on antibiotics, painkillers and anti inflammatorys. My legs and feet are swollen beyond belief.
I had to ask for an ice pack, which i had to wait for 25 minutes for. The lady bought out a small zip bag eventually with a few ice cubes in. Had we of got a taxi a little quicker, we would not have even hung around for that long.
Please don't pay them up front as if you decide this isn't the place for you, you won't get refunded, and if you do, you will be lucky to get a mere 25 percent back. Believe me when i say, we went to alot of trouble, and time to even recover that amount back, even though we never even sat on the bed, let alone use the toilet etc. My feet and legs were so swollen in such a small amount of time that i couldn't even walk up all the steps to get to the room to help collect our unpacked luggage.
Don't expect to find any nice views, although there is a pretty tree in the area. Busy traffic outside also.
