Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know why but they don't allow food to be served in room. We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are already packed, we just need to take them out and we will do after finishing breakfast in 5 mins but they said so sir you need to leave the room right away. We forcely have to leave the breakfast in mid and get our bageges out. This is not al all cooperative behaviour. Apart from these, rooms were decent and view was good. Staff behaviour can be improved.

Wonderful place! To be far away and feel at home

היינו שבועים עם קבוצת נשים. מקום- נהדר! החל מהנוף המשתקף על הרי הימלאיה ועד ליחס האישי והמענה לכל שאלה בנועם וברצון כנה לעזור בכל דבר מבעלים של המקום ומכל הצוות. הרגשתי בבית. החדרים פשוטים, אך יש בהם הכל. המסעדה במקום- מעולה! הכל טרי, טעים ומגוון. תודה רבה לכם, ממליצה בחום! אירה
We were with a group of women for two weeks. Great place! From the view reflected on the Himalayas to the personal attitude and the answer to every question with a pleasant and sincere desire to help in everything from the owner of the place and all the staff. I felt at home. The rooms are simple, but have everything. The restaurant on site - excellent! Everything is fresh, tasty and varied. Thank you very much, highly recommend! Ira

The best place in Bhagsu

Excellent service, took care of everything we need, treated us like we were family. The rooms are big and have beautiful views to the mountains, silent, good place for yoga exercises, good restaurants with all kind of food. Good place for friends couples and family

Amazing hotel sky pie and really nice place atmosphere,clean room, beautiful view for balcony ,no noise peacefully rooms all rooms have private balcony and beautiful view . awesome food in the restaurant.staff was very nice and very helpful
