Hotel is in a central location for shopping and religious places. Inside building is nice and grand. No elevator but the staff will take luggage. I arrived about 1.30pm and the staff came out to find me because I was lost. Receptionist very professional. Water is controlled by reception so you have to ask as far as I am aware for warm water after morning times. Nice natural light and window.
Unfortunately my departure was not great truthfully. I left about 6.30am and the guy with rimless glasses was insistent on carrying my light luggage and offered to call auto for me outside. I voluntarily gave him a decent tip for what he did which was not a lot at all. Then he insisted I should give him even more because he said he shared it with the receptionist guy. I wasn't happy at all and gave him a small amount which I regretted since neither he did a lot, nor got a particularly good auto price for me (I was ok with it since it was morning and I don't know the local prices) and the receptionist did nothing at all. I don't know if the receptionist was aware but the review is so management are aware of what this guy does!

Best Luxury Staycation in Jammu

A Hotel with full premium feelings of staycation. I booked rooms of this hotel just few months ago from the YatraDham.Org official booking site. Personally I liked that place because of their facilities and location with the beauty of peace.

Cheating

Cheater people Mr Bhushan is liar .due to road closure cancel the booking we didn't ask for accommodation but can refund for dinner which was not prepared at 3pm as we informed it at before that only..They not even given some amount back Mr Bhushan and innayat both are cheater..No humanity

Prompt response of Manager and staff are really appreciative. Lunch dinner and breakfast are unobjectionable.

I stayed in hotel Raghunath Jammu on 18th April 2023. Everything very good. They provided us warm water immediately as I required. As well as they provided us comfortable vehicle with a gentle driver for sight seeing .
