Very bad Staff & MD refuse to meet.
We booked paying advance for Two room, 1 room occupant give his ID proof...
Second room was reserved for femail & kids...her ID proof was in travel bag... We requested for give us room & in room she open travel bag & Give her ID proof also...
You're staff demanding for without ID proof no room keys... very bad experience.... All the ways came from US...
Iam international traveler don't have such kind of bad experience.
