Awesome experience

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Honest Staff
I had a wonderful experience with Sprinklers Hostel, Delhi. After checking out and leaving Delhi, I realized that I had accidentally left my luggage and cash at the hostel. The staff were extremely honest, responsible, and helpful. They safely kept my belongings, contacted me, and even helped transfer the cash back to my bank account.
Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine concern for guests impressed me greatly. It is rare to find such trustworthy service these days. I sincerely thank the entire team for their support and kindness.
I highly recommend Sprinklers Hostel to anyone visiting Delhi. You can stay here with complete peace of mind. Thank you once again for your outstanding service!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy service by owner Mr Jitendra himself

I had a very bad experience with sprinkler as I had booked for three days from 15 February to 18 February 2026 which is situated in Paharganj, New Delhi near R.K Ashram Metro Station. I called to redbus executive on 14th February 2026 for cancellation process and from there side they have called to Mr Jitendra of Sprinkler dorm and he agreed to refund me and I have proof also to justify that he agreed which I shared a screenshot of mail. Now Mr Jitendra who is the owner of Sprinkler dorm in Paharganj is rejecting that he didn't got any call on 14th February 2026 from MakeMyTrip or Redbus executive regarding the refund issue. This is such a pathetic behaviour from him and it's showing that how unprofessional he is in dealing with customers. Better to choose some other properties because transperancy is the most important thing to achieve anyone's trust.

Clean experience

I recently stayed at Hunter Collector hostel in Delhi, and it was a truly neat and clean experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in seamless. Cleaning is top-notch throughout – rooms, common areas, and especially the bathrooms, which were spotless and well-maintained. Everything felt perfect and well-organized; it's a great place to stay, whether solo or with friends. Highly recommend!

Calm and safe

It is very close to the center. Cleanliness was also very complete, Super friendly receptionists, helped me a lot to unite, gave me recommendations and helped me with a personal problem, the place is also super safe and calm ️
