NOT RECOMMENDED..AT ALL COSTS!!

One of the Most "NOT RECOMMENDED" So_Called_Star_Rated property it is!! The only saving grace is the food which is really good, I must give that..apart from this, JSR really need to up their game. Located next to highway, the only facility they are good for, is for their location, which they are taking full fledged advantage. The rooms are not well aired, no proper heating or lighting, neither recommended for winter stays. The staffs try their level best, yet, finesse is missing. The local staffs needs to be properly trained in hospitality management! Most of the time, they are clueless regarding what's going on with which guest! Also, some of the rooms very funnily, have wash basin outside the main washroom and there are no wash basin inside the washroom! Imagine, after a loo visit, you are coming out half dressed, to wash your hands outside the washroom !
From outside view, it's shiny, spanky, well decorated etc... but when you go for attention to details, they are very poor!!
Stay, only if,you have no other option left !!!

Wonderful Experience at JSR Continental

My stay at Hotel JSR Continental was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall ambience felt premium.
