This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Completely disappointing and unacceptable

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was continuous water leakage from the washroom, which made the room uncomfortable and unhygienic. The amenities were highly unprofessional and poorly maintained, and the facilities felt very outdated. This is not what one expects after paying for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and needs serious improvement.
I would not recommend this hotel due to poor maintenance and lack of professionalism. The washroom had constant water leakage, causing inconvenience throughout the stay. The amenities were substandard and poorly managed, and the facilities were clearly outdated. The hotel does not meet basic hospitality standards and requires urgent upgrades.
