There is a slight delay in check in and check out outside the stay was comfortable . Room was spacious, fridge well stocked, clean bathrooms.

Staff service is below average. Breakfast has same options everyday. I stayed for 15 days and all 15 days it was same!

Rooms are clean, polite staff, WiFi connections are good, sufficient amenities in room. Beverage menu not available in rooms, also there was power cut in the room for extended time.

Self styled 5* star hotel

We are senior citizens
Following are my sincere review and observations
Positive points
1) Staff are excellent, polite and helpful
2) The room size was good
3) The breakfast spread was tolerable
4) Bath room amenities are good
5) Few items of food for room services were good and tasty
6) Housekeeping was good
7) The lift was extremely fast.
Negative points
Maintenance is very poor and many of the things in the bathroom were not working. After many many requests they were rectified and by that time it was time for us to leave
Pillows were horrible and they were extra soft leading to neck pain everyday. asking for hard pillow, reply was they they don't carry hard pillows at all
Breakfast menu was ame every single day and they were tasteless, odorless, and saltless.
Buffet dinner was horrible even for Rs.749. Very bad spread.
Room service was horrible. Even for coffee, it came after 40 to 45 minutes. Staff are less?
The floor of the bathroom was slippery and everyday we were afraid that we may slip thereby not enjoying our bath at all.
Since it is a self proclaimed 5 star hotel, amenities are the same but lack standard and quality. There is no lobby at all? Also, at night the hotel display with lights is poor. There is no conference room?
