Not as per expectations

Stayed in this hotel for a night only in room 306. The hotel is located in Nayagaon area bit far from city centre. It is located in the interiors so cabs have a problem reaching the location. Only advantage is this is a budget hotel and if you are solo traveler it will be good to your pocket.
Coming to the room, there were no windows in the room so there were no views you can get from the room. The room was not clean, it was dusty. The bedsheets were also not changed and pillow covers were stained. Bathroom was in a very bad state. It looked like some work was carried on there and there was a big hole on the top of bathroom. The floor were very dirty and muddy. Due to the uncovered hole birds were entering the bathroom and had made a nest above the geyser which was also not cleaned by hotel. Washbasin and toilet were also not cleaned and was very dirty. The rooms were complete letdown. Hotel did not have an elevator so you will have to do climbing. Food was good and tasty which was only plus point here.
Hotel is only good for solo traveler or with friends but do not come here with family. There are lots of other hotels in the area which can be explored. Will not recommend the hotel to anyone nor will visit again myself in future.
