Good rooms

Very good hospitality. Airy rooms. Good place to stay. The resort was very clean. A good value for your money.
The food was also fine. you can visit the place with family. They have a good play room also with TT and foosball table. Ourkids enjoyed.

It was a wonderful stay...amazing staff... Classy food with really amazing taste which satisfy ur taste buds, superb ambience, totally blend with the nature, must visit property in lansdowne. Worth for money.. we booked with breakfast n it was a grt deal...

Ninght stay with wife

Rooms area specially designed wooden, and bery good ambience.
On the way to Lansdowne. Staffs supportive and courteous.
Good food and location..loved the place...parking available..nice weather. View is amazing. Lovely jungle and mountain view.

Very Poor stay

I had a very poor stay at this property, I booked this property as per my experience at Gangtok.
This property experience is pathetic and not justified with the cost i paid:
1- Room cleanliness is pathetic, washrooms are dirty looks like 1-2 star hotel. Requested them for good room during check in.
2- I have booked for 2 days, requested for separate room, but they provided the shared room with a gate in between Where other room is making a snorting sound whole night, couldn’t sleep for whole night, along with my 2 years daughter and wife.
3-Paid extra for private balcony room, instead of standout. Balcony is full of monkeys and hotel staff said, they cannot do anything about this. Just provided me one stick to handle monkeys.
Manager was never present at hotel to resolve queries. In night also, they left complete hotel front desk with Watchmen. No one there to help resolve issues.
Overall, I didn’t had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Only food was good.

We also sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the shared room setup and the disturbances from the neighboring room. This situation was far from ideal, and we understand the inconvenience it caused, especially with your young daughter. We will work with our front desk to ensure proper room assignments and fulfill special requests such as private rooms moving forward.
Regarding the monkeys in the balcony, we completely understand how this could be an issue. While wildlife is often unavoidable in certain locations, we will explore ways to better manage the situation in the future to minimize any disturbances to our guests.
We are also deeply sorry that you were unable to get the assistance you needed from our team during the night and that the manager was unavailable. We understand how crucial it is to have a responsive team, especially when guests are facing challenges.
While we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the food, we acknowledge that your overall experience was far from ideal, and for that, we truly apologize. We deeply value your feedback and will make every effort to ensure these issues are addressed.
We would love to regain your trust and have you visit us again for a much more pleasant stay in the future.

Jungle lap stay

Excellent service and behaviour. Staff is very helpful and nice. Food is amazing. Wonderful experience in the lap of nature. They have dedicated Kids zone for indoor games. Overall a very satisfying stay. Lancedowne is just 15 min. Drive.
