Horrible restaurant staff at Radisson Blu Amritsar
We were already seated at our tables when a staff member came over and told us to GET UP because the tables were supposedly “booked.” The ridiculous part? There was absolutely no one sitting there, the chairs weren’t even joined or arranged as a reserved setup, and there was no clear indication that the tables were reserved. Instead of politely explaining the situation or handling it professionally, we were simply made to get up from our seats.
What made the situation even worse was the attitude and handling of the matter by the restaurant manager, Lalit. His behaviour was extremely unprofessional and he showed absolutely no understanding of the situation or willingness to resolve the issue properly. A manager should know how to handle a customer complaint calmly and respectfully, not make the customer feel like they are the problem.
The entire experience was embarrassing and frustrating. If tables are reserved, there should be clear communication and proper signage, rather than asking paying guests to vacate their seats without any reasonable explanation.
For a property like Radisson Blu, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable. The staff seriously need training in basic hospitality, communication, and customer handling.
I would strongly reconsider dining here unless the management takes customer service seriously and addresses this kind of behaviour.

The hotel is the worst version of Radisson.
