Good hotel, close to the Golden Temple.
The only catch is that we didn't have hot water, we asked about it and they went upstairs to check it, we tried and it came out a little warm, but then we didn't have hot water again.
The best we could see around the area.

Pathetic stay experience
Additionally, the dental kit and slippers—explicitly listed as part of the room amenities—were not provided at all. It feels like false advertising when such basic promised facilities are missing.

Dirty rooms/Irresponsible staff
We paid for an extra bed, but it was provided the next day only after repeated requests.
Rooms were not clean, and the pillow covers and sheets were stinking.
No room cleaning was provided during our stay, even after requesting it.
The Front Desk staff was irresponsible, blaming absent housekeeping staff in the evening for everything, even though the rooms should have been made ready during the day.
The only positive experience was at the restaurant. Though the buffet options were limited, the staff was good and the food was tasty.
The hotel is located very near the back door of the Golden Temple, but this proximity makes car access to the hotel difficult.

Forced to Cancel on Check-in Due to Serious Hygiene Issues
Upon entering the room, it was immediately evident that basic cleanliness standards had not been maintained. The room and washroom were not clean, and what was most alarming was the presence of blood stains in the room. Additionally, hair was found on the towels and blankets, and the bedding itself appeared dirty and unhygienic.
These were not minor housekeeping oversights but serious hygiene and safety concerns that made the room completely unfit for occupancy. Given these conditions, it was not possible for me to continue the stay, and I had to raise a complaint and request cancellation immediately through MakeMyTrip on the same night.
Unfortunately, despite reporting the issue promptly, there was no immediate corrective action, explanation, or accountability from the hotel. I am still awaiting proper confirmation and resolution regarding my full refund, which has been pending since the night of 23rd January.
Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation from any hotel, especially one located in such a prominent area. This experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards, and I would strongly advise future travelers to exercise caution and verify cleanliness before booking.

A comfortable stay with unmatched proximity to the Golden Temple, though access and surroundings can be challenging.
