TOO BAD , WORST EXPERIENCE
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it seemed like they couldn't care less about guest satisfaction. When I asked for assistance with a simple issue, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency. The service was slow, and the overall attitude of the team made me feel unwelcome. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.

Very BAD experience
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was unclean, and the staff was unhelpful. The amenities were subpar, and the overall service was disappointing. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Hotel Diamond View - A Nightmare Experience with Thieving Staff..
I cannot express how horrified I am by my recent stay at this hotel, primarily due to the untrustworthy and thieving staff. My experience was marred by a shocking incident that left me feeling violated and disrespected.
While I was checking out, the staff took all the luggage in a lift all by himself. Because of space constraint I had to take the stairs while the staff got all the luggage from the lift. While the lift door opened on ground floor I saw him closing the zip of my laptop bag which had my apple charger and I distinctly remember putting it in the same bag to keep it handy for the travel.On seeing him closing the zip I ensured my laptop was intact without realising that he actually flicked the apple (iphone) charger.After searching high and low, it became evident that its the only item missing from the bag. To make matters worse, when I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member I spoke to brushed off my concerns and acted as if I were an inconvenience rather than a guest in distress. Their dismissive attitude stating they trust their staff only added insult to injury. Mr.Arora kept saying he will return me call after looking into the matter but now my calls are also not answered.
It’s alarming to think that hotel staff could not only be negligent but could outright steal from guests and management seems to be hands in gloves in this with the kind of attitude here. I felt unsafe and unwelcome, and it completely ruined my travel plans and stay as I truly regret booking this hotel after dealing with theft.
This hotel may be in a nice location, but the theft and lack of accountability from the staff are absolutely unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your belongings and peace of mind. No guest should ever have to worry about their personal items being taken or disrespected while staying away from home. Save yourself the trouble and look for a hotel that actually prioritizes guest security and integrity
