A wonderful stay in a really nice hotel.The staff were very attentive and helped me when I became ill,including taking me to hospital and helping me recover.

Useless place at 5 star price
We just visited the capehouse by looking at the pictures of swimming pool and beautifully designed space…but were highly disapointed by majorly two things…firstly the outside road was all broken..second the staff was horrible…no one even greeted..and we reached one hour before as we drived before checkin time the staff asked that why have we reached so early..thats the kind of hospitality was offers to us while we checked in..no one in the staff was At all trained to treat the guest as they charges us for a 5 star accomodation…the whole property was empty not even a sinhle room was occupied still they kept us waiting and i requested if they could upgrade us but they said no..they had a single pvr pool room on which they fetch bookings bh showing the pics but there is no pool access to rest 10 rooms..i will say they are just making fool of there guest…a property just opposiylte to them were offering the room with pool at half the price they charged…i orderderd dinner at 8 but it was serverd at 9:30..i cant say how bad that was..the dood was full of oil dripping all over..next day i ordered butter toast..they served 1 cube of butter with 4 slices of bread..so stupid of them…i dont know how they are managing it..i must say if the staff doesnt change and prices not reduced this will get closed soon.

To clarify for the benefit of future guests:
Our standard check-in time is later in the day; however, as a gesture of courtesy our team accommodated your arrival approximately one hour earlier than the scheduled check-in time, even though the room preparation was still underway.
Regarding the approach road, it is maintained by the local municipal authorities and unfortunately is outside the property’s direct control. We have already raised requests with the concerned authorities for repair.
With respect to the pool facilities, Cape House offers dedicated Pool Suites with private pools designed exclusively for guests who reserve those specific categories. These pools are intentionally private to maintain comfort and privacy for those guests. Other room categories do not include pool access, and this is clearly mentioned in the room descriptions. Therefore, the statement that there is only one room with a pool is not accurate, as Cape House has three private pool suites.
During the dates of your stay, the property was almost fully occupied, with the majority of rooms already booked. For privacy reasons we cannot disclose other guests’ details publicly, but our booking records confirm this.
Regarding dining, our team informs guests at the time of ordering that meals generally take around one hour to prepare, as dishes are freshly cooked to order rather than pre-prepared.
We would also like to mention that our team always strives to maintain a respectful and welcoming environment for every guest. After reviewing the matter internally, the interaction described regarding your arrival time was not reported by any team member on duty. Additionally, during the stay our team experienced a few uncomfortable interactions, including the use of inappropriate and abusive language during the interaction. Despite this, our staff continued to assist and serve throughout your visit.
If at any point you had felt uncomfortable during your stay, our front desk would have been happy to assist with alternatives or discuss an early checkout. However, we note that the stay was completed as originally booked.
At Cape House, we remain committed to offering a peaceful boutique hospitality experience built on thoughtful design, freshly prepared cuisine and warm service. We continuously welcome genuine feedback that helps us improve, while also ensuring that the information shared about the property accurately reflects the experience we strive to deliver to every guest.

Bad experience
Its not for ladies group or solo or one couple. Inside its a good property but its very isolated. Not secured. Left right are emply plots and roads are broken. No security . Pool is there . No doubt. But no secured. Anybody can take ur videos.
They have inside pictures on sites but outside view they have not shown as nothing is there outside. All bishes and emplty plots. We have one night booking and paid 50% advance. When we reach there they asked for balance money, they were not ready to serve us tea. Everything after balance money. Also staff was very untidy and not atall professional. We found no lady staff. We found no other person staying there . When we saud we are not staying here and refund at some amount to us, they were not ready. It was very bad experience and i will recommend if u are 3-4 couples or boys only then only good for staying

Do not stay here - definitely not solo as creepy atmosphere and isolated
Terrible experience at this property. Although aesthetically delightful the “hotel” is clearly not functioning. False advertisements on multiple fronts - no jacuzzi although advertised and no airport pick up as advertised. Multiple staff but not a bean of competence between them. Dinner at the property was cold. Was down a dirt track with a creepy atmosphere although gorgeous interiors. The final straw was when a third bed was added to our room for one of our party, the duvet and sheets provided were clearly not clean and ripped. We left after one night of a three night stay.
