Great Stay with Great Experience
Swiss tent stay was premium. Value for money. Food is great.

Average cleaned rooms with no service facilities and amenities
1. Pool is very dirty 4 days i stay there only 1 day i access the pool.
2. During shower sometimes water not coming Room no.110 August 7.
3. They can’t cater guest more than 4 at a time service is very slow.
4. Frogs are coming from the pool.
5. Food is stale during my dinner time(dal makhani).
6. I ask for badminton racquet they provide squash racquet.
If you are someone just need a good bed to sleep then its ok otherwise if you need amenities then this place is not for you

We would like to clarify that all rooms are inspected before allocation. However, when you requested a different room, our team promptly arranged a room change and complimentary upgrade. During dinner, although our buffet offered a variety of dishes, our chefs also prepared special vegetarian and non-vegetarian items for you at no additional cost. Your request for complimentary drinks were politely declined, as it was outside our hotel policy despite the goodwill gestures already extended.
We appreciate your comments and will review your concerns regarding the room condition and food quality with the relevant teams. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
