Great place

I thought that this place was great! We stayed here for one night only. It war a wonderful budget stay in the heart of Agra near Tajmahal .mr rishikesh general manager and Rahul manager was very friendly he helped with all my questions and gave a lot of recommendations about the places to visit. inside the hotel parking facilities was very good ,and lift was new ,I appreciate a lot. This is the highly recommended place to stay in Agra!

We got worst service from that hotel. Our rooms have been exchanged since we came bit late and they gave us a very poor room. One of the stuff Malik was very rude when we complained about it. We had to wait an hour to get the room which was not even properly cleaned. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay away from this hotel!!

BAD SERVICES

Worst services I experienced for the first time in my whole travelling life and I guess it goes with all customers...as I have order water bottle and it takes 30 min and above to came at room, So it’s an humble request from ol of u pls check review before CHECKIN

Staff was very good and room was very clean

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel Chanakya .Rahul manager was very nice and hospitable person .it was new lift and Parking is very good inside the hotel .Everything under the hotel was good .staff was very helpful

Budget with quality service.....

During my recent visit to Agra with my family, we have stayed at Chanakya hotel, though its a budget category hotel but the new management very much focused about services. Mr Rishkesh ji GM of Hotel is a very nice guy, very much co operative and caring person... his gesture of service is really outstanding, he used to stay whole night if there is any group movement, his personalized service is highly appreciable. First I was annoyed about reviews... but my experience is total different as the New management has started renovation... lots of repairing work is going on... I am highly recommending this property for group movements, Educational trips, family trips and get together..
